In the preliminary stages of considering the purchase of an inkjet system,
We can evaluate the suitability of ink for IJ and print samples.

Sample printing is paying test including technical charges together with ‘machine use charge’, ‘personnel expenses’, and ‘preparation charges (changing head and ink)’.

In case of evaluating unproven ink, please purchase necessary head for testing. Cost for testing is depend on what you’d like to do. Kindly ask quotation in advance..

Test  Contents
1.Material Compatibility Test This process tests the physical compatibility of the ink you have and the inkjet head. The test fee varies depending on the inkjet head types.

In principle, the test is done in our company. It takes about 1 to 2 months to complete the test, including the ordering period for components.

2.Extracting Ejection Conditions We evaluate your ink with our drop watcher system “Dot View”.The ink ejection conditions extracted in this process are the necessary parameters for printing.

It takes about one day to evaluate one type of ink per head. Please prepare SDS and cleaning solution for the ink to be used.

3.Making Print Samples We make print samples using your original inks/medias with our variety of ink-jet systems.

The basic charge is for a total of two days of “preparation, cleanup” and “printing” per sample creation. Please send us the image data to be used in the sample creation and the base material you wish to print out in advance.
